Centurion Canine was founded by David Gladora and Victoria Graham, partners in life and business who met while attending Tarheel Canine School for Dog Trainers in North Carolina. David and Victoria are both Master Certified Police K-9 Trainers and Decoys and Master Certified Pet Dog Trainers. Together, they built Centurion Canine from the ground up, establishing the mission, training standards, team culture, and client experience that define the company today. They remain actively involved in every level of the business, from developing trainers and strengthening the team to maintaining the quality, consistency, and individualized care behind every program. Their complementary strengths and shared leadership form the foundation of Centurion Canine’s continued growth and success.

Before earning the title of Centurion Canine Master Trainer, each trainer must complete our intensive, year-long apprenticeship and certification program. This ensures that every client receives knowledgeable, consistent training aligned with the standards upon which Centurion Canine was founded.
